Its founder, Omar Ahmed Abdallah Bin Jumah is a result-driven, pro-active, and imaginative person. He has brought the analytical skills learned from Bachelor of Police and Legal Sciences into the world of business.
One of the most admired and trusted companies in the Ras Al Khaimah and Northern Emirates, Bin Jumah Group started as a small restaurant in 2013 under the name Reedane.
Now in its 11th year, the company still holds its spartan office at Muntaseer Road, Nakheel District of Ras Al Khaimah, run and managed by a small group of seven people led by Mr. Omar Bin Jumah himself. Through his hard work, foresight, imagination, and hands-on leadership, Mr. Omar Bin Jumah sailed the company through tough times and troubled waters brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic and hired even more people to support the business’ rapid and dramatic expansion.
The small restaurant eventually became the group that flourished into a network of eight brands in the United Arab Emirates and the Sultanate of Oman. The Bin Jumah Group remains the largest and fastest-growing hospitality business in the Northern Emirates. The group currently operates the following brands, namely:
Layaly Arabia Hospitality, Maraseem Bin Jumah Hospitality, Bebax Coffee and Roastery, Slider Makers, Mandi’s, Bin Jumah Motor Sports, Bin Jumah Real Estate and Pool Villa.

Results-driven and hard-working Chief Executive Officer actively participating in all aspects of business development and management from operations and finance to marketing and human resources. Being a graduate of Bachelor of Police and Legal Sciences from the College of Police and Law in the UAE, had brought the analytical and investigative skills of his education into the world of business, seeing great opportunities and identifying troublesome situations before they arise.
A great visionary, he is the founder and owner of the Bin Jumah Group of companies whose businesses extends to general trading, real estate, restaurant chains and franchising.
Brand developer of Bin Jumah Motor Sports specializes in retailing high-performance automotive parts, Mandis creating authentic Arabic Cuisines, Slider Makers a chain of restaurants offering authentic “Wagyu” burgers and steak, Layaly Arabia the largest catering company in the Northern Emirates, Maraseem Hospitality catering to high-end market of small bites cuisines and canapes and lastly BeBax Coffee brand that is foreseen to be the foremost Emirati brand world-wide.
Omar wrote a book about his entrepreneurial experience from a national perspective, presenting a vision of entrepreneurship using scientific methodology harmonizing business logic and reality, together with its proper application in today’s world of business.
